Great for age 3-6 years
It's Recycling Week in Greendale and everyone is getting ready for the Jumble Sale. Pat is busy collecting all the things from everyone for Nisha; there's a wonky cuckoo clock from Jeff, some old toolboxes from Ajay and the Reverned reluctantly parts with his violin. What a lot of amazing things! Meanwhile, at the Thompson's farm, Dorothy is having a problem with the birds. They are eating all her lettuces. And at Dr Gilbertson's, her garden table is broken - what a shame! The next day at the jumble sale, Pat has a recycling brainwave and rushes off to buy what he needs...a cuckoo clock is just the thing to scare away the birds, and a sewing machine would make a wonderful table - isn't it amazing what you can do with other people's rubbish!
