It's Dr Gilbertson's birthday and the residents of Greendale are planning a surprise for their kind-hearted doctor. These were broadcast in 1981; the new series of Postman Pat is currently being broadcast. He is the writer and presenter of Rosie and Jim, broadcast on the ITV network. He hopes to work with multimedia in the future. Alison Ritchie works as a freelance editor and writer and has published several children's books. She lives in a village in Oxfordshire with her two children and dog.
