Pat and P.C Selby try scooping up the sand in the policeman's helmet and some empty mailbags, but nothing seems to work! Oh dear! Will they ever be able to move it all? Meanwhile, Julian has had an idea and he calls all his friends and tells them to bring their bucket and spades!
