One day at the beach, Anna, Ellie and Joe find a funny-looking fish in a rock pool. To their surprise, they find that it is a baby mermaid! They take the merbaby home in a bucket and keep it a secret from Mum. But, four year-old Joe isn't very good at keeping secrets, and soon the merbaby is in danger.
