A member of Aosdana, he is a poet, haikuist and translator. Born in Kilfinane, County Limerick, he currently resides in Dublin. Kevin Waldron is an Irish illustrator. His first picture book Mr Peek and the Misunderstanding at the Zoo won the Bologna Ragazzi Award Opera Prima Award in 2009. Tiny Little Fly won the 2011 Bull-Bransom Award for excellence in the field of children's book illustration with a focus on nature and wildlife.
