Sally Murphy is a mother, wife, teacher, speaker, website manager and reviewer as well as an author. She was born in Perth and now lives in Corrigin, in the wheatbelt of Western Australia. In 2001 she decided to dedicate herself to her dream of becoming a children's author and has now published 28 books. Sally lives with her husband and five of her six children in a small town in rural Western Australia. Heather Potter has illustrated several books for children, often with her husband Mark Jackson. Their first book for Walker Books was the picture book Not Like Georgie by Scott Hatcher. Heather lives in Melbourne, Australia. Claire Saxby is an award-winning and bestselling picture book author. Her previous books with Walker, Big Red Kangaroo and Emu, both illustrated by Graham Byrne, have won numerous awards. Claire lives in Melbourne, Australia, where she works part-time in a bookshop.
