In this sequel to "Mr and Mrs Pig's evening out", Garth Pig has another wolfish encounter. On a hot summers' day while nine of the piglets play in the garden Garth is sent out to buy icecreams. When he doesn't return the other piglets are concerned that they wil not be able to save him in time before Mrs Lupino, the icecream seller disposes of him.
